All I can say is that these 2 lady’s Hannah And Jordan are amazing from day one with me living in Las Vegas and trying to move out to Lansing I was worried about the whole process but Hannah went out of her way to help me with every step (even if I had a stupid question as I am old school with the computer lol) she was patient and guided me through everything. It was a pleasure to finally meet her in person after talking to her so many times on the phone. And since I moved in to my unit I have had the pleasure to meet and be assisted by Jordan who is very professional and goes out of her way also to help me since I have been here. If you are looking for a beautiful place to live with a kind and caring staff then Vista atThe Heights is the place for you can’t beat it.

The Vista is perfect in every category. The staff is amazing!! Friendly, responsive and helpful from even before I moved in. The apartments are gorgeous, conveniently located. The maintenance staff is responsive and helpful with everything. Moving here was the best choice in Lansing!

I have been a resident for 3 1/2 years. Living at the Vistas exceeds all of my expectations. The staff is responsive, friendly and professional. The amenities are superb and the neighbors are great and the location is exceptional. This is clearly the best apartment living Lansing has to offer.

I have lived here for the last 7 months and I am very happy about it. The move in was smooth, the property manager Clare and the staff are very friendly, courteous and efficient. I’ve only had one non urgent maintenance request and it was solved the very same day. The social areas and hallways are always clean, the gym equipment is well maintained and the environment is quiet. This is definitely the best place to live in the Lansing area!

The Vista is pure luxury living and I wouldn't have it any other way! By far the best place to live in the Lansing area. It's very clean and safe and the amenities are amazing. The staff is the reason why The Vista is top in its class. Thank you Clare, Desirea, and Marshall for being so friendly and caring. They truly love and respect their residents.

I have loved living at the Vista at the Heights! The apartments are beautiful and you can't beat the amenities offered, not to mention the location. This apartment is everything I have wanted. Couldn't be happier with my decision to become a resident!

Awesome apartment. They have enough variety of units to accommodate all ages and family sizes. Neighbors generally keep it to themselves and there is good enough soundproof between units that you really don't hear any noises, and all the appliances are less than 3 years old so they are great and efficient as well. Fast internet, low heating/cooling bills thanks to modern heater and air condition units. You really won't find many apartments around Lansing with better Amenities: In unit washer and dryer, huge parking structure, gym, yoga studio, coffee machines etc. I would give 6 stars to staff if there were option to do so, as they are very friendly, lenient,caring and helpful. Rent is not cheap, but its not outrageous like some apartments downtown, and you definitely get what you pay for.

My career suddenly has me commuting to Lansing from Minneapolis on a weekly basis. What a wonderful find to wander into the Vista to inquire about a place to call home during the work week. There was no reason to look further and I moved in the next month. They helped with every aspect from renting furniture to tracking down the cable guy after business hours so that I did not have to go a night without internet. The environment is incredibly inviting, professional, clean and quite (I have yet to see anyone in my hallway). The staff is always friendly and sincere in their effort to make me feel comfortable.

I'm not sure where to start, but ever since I have moved in everything has been a great experience! The staff is on top of things and is very professional. The maintenance is exceptional and always fast with repairs. The overall environment is very quite, but it is an apt. So there will be some slight noise where ever you go. The amentities are phenomenal and the layout is beautiful! You get what you pay for and I love every inch of my apt. I would highly recommend moving in!!

The Vista is extremely cosmopolitan, big city feel....Chicago! Very well maintained with excellent staff. Michelle, the manager, is outstanding. Jessica is very efficient and helpful. Marshall. head of property maintenance, is a gem. I wouldn't live anywhere else in the Lansing area! Thank you Vista staff.

I recently moved here from Birmingham, MI and I couldn't be happier living at The Vista. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are second to none, and the location is fantastic. As an older couple looking for something different w luxury and a prime location this is it! The staff and the amenities are exceptional! With a variety of ages throughout, makes it a professional and vibrant place to live. We feel the immediate access to all the stores and restaurants is awesome! As a luxury apartment we rarely here any noise and realize anyone else is around! We feel very comfortable in calling "The Vista" our new home!

I recently moved back to the Lansing area from Atlanta and Orlando... So the apartment set up, location, amenities and most of all, staff made me want to live here! Nothing compares to The Vista's in Lansing at all! So much to do, and I'm lucky enough to see the beautiful sunrise every morning on my balcony or through my floor to ceiling windows. It really makes me feel like I'm in the "big city." Property manager Michelle Lasala really takes care of her residents, along with her amazing staff! Marshall, Jessica and Shelbe are always willing to help and go above and beyond for us. I recommend this property to anyone who loves luxury living!

The Vista staff has made me feel very welcome from the beginning of my apartment search until the time I moved in and continue to make me feel like family. The amenities here do not compare at any other community, I can go to the courtyard and grill and even practice my putting game. I definitely recommend this community if you are looking for easy luxury living!
